Parking Bylaws & Policies
Parking Bylaws & Policies
Please be aware that parking at Coventry Station is governed by the following community policy and City of Calgary Bylaws.
All visitors are responsible for following these rules and abiding by the traffic signs within the complex. There is zero tolerance for unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles. A monetary sanction will be levied against any owner or resident found to be in violation of parking bylaws and policies.
Visitor Parking
Guests of residents may use the designated visitor parking stalls and must register online.
Residents/occupants are not permitted to park in designated visitor parking stalls at any time. Any vehicles found in violation will be ticketed by the Board and/or ticketed and towed by Calgary Parking Authority. Towing will be at the owner of the vehicle’s expense.
It is the responsibility of owners and/or residents to advise their visitors of the visitor parking policy. Failure to abide by the parking rules, including improper parking will be subject to a sanction to be charged to the unit owner and/or the owner of the vehicle.
Any damage found to be caused by a visitor’s vehicle will be charged back to the unit owner.
A maximum of 12 hours is allotted for visitor stalls. Extended stays are available, but limited, by advance request to the Board and are at the discretion of the Board.
Unit owners are responsible to ensure tenants, visitors and occupants of their unit are aware of the parking policy and that the policy is adhered to. As such, all warnings, tickets and towing costs will be issued to the vehicle owner in violation, by the Board or the Calgary Parking Authority.
Resident vehicles are not permitted to register for visitor parking.

Contractors servicing unit owners or the common property are able to use the roadway for loading and unloading ONLY, in order to facilitate repair services, with roadway parking subject to a maximum of 30 minutes.
Contractors must ensure that only commercial vehicles that fit into the visitor parking stalls without infringing upon any adjacent parking stalls, are parked in the visitor parking stalls.
Any commercial vehicles that do not fit within the visitor parking stalls MUST park street side, no exceptions.

Roadway loading and unloading is permitted ONLY in facilitating pick up/drop-offs, deliveries, and move in/move outs.
Move in/move outs must be booked in advance in order to provide notification to residents and the Board for the temporary obstruction of the roadway and to extend the loading/unloading time maximum.
