For emergencies such as no heat, fire, (call 9-1-1 first) or flood during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) please call: 403-234-0166

For after hours emergencies, please call: 403-230-4814 

Please note reporting non-emergencies using emergency contact information can result in additonal charges to owners. Non-emergency items are required to be posted on Condo Control. 

All service requests can be directed to the Property Manager via the Condo Control platform.  All available owner documents, account information and announcements can also be found on the Condo Control platform. 

The Property Manager is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
